Tutte le Istituzioni interessate (Regione Lazio, Commissario di Governo, Ministero alla Salute), debbono con coerenza answer for the shares of jurisdiction, should apply the recent decision of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court suspending the effects of regional decrees No 41 and n. 56, 2009 (enacted to define "need of beds, funding and remuneration system of long-term care and rehabilitation services post-acute care for the year 2009 in implementing the recovery plan for the Health of Lazio), which basically determined the deskilling of the Foundation and disregard the highly specialized services for which is unknown.
The Assembly also, even based on the interest of the candidate for President of the Lazio region, which at different times both have visited the Foundation and provided specific initiatives, urges the presidential candidates Lazio Renata Polverini and Emma Bonino to jointly and urgently promote a meeting with Prof. Elio Guzzanti Government Commissioner for the full implementation of the contents of the Judgement of Tar and the realization of the agreements of 22 January with us Vice-President of the Region, Esterino Montino, about the provision of skills prior to the performance from 2005 to 2008.
The promoters and the many participants in the Assembly reiterate its full trust in the institutions, predict that, faced with further delays will not hesitate to resort to more drastic action and protest.

How Much Doesdrivers Ed Cost In Ohio
Dear President Napolitano,
Fazzino my name is Melanie and I am worried mom of a beautiful child of a disabled 5 years, in "load" at the IRCCS Saint Lucia in Rome.
I am writing to report the condition of extreme deprivation and insecurity in which we live we parents of children, along with all people hospitalized or followed by Saint Lucia Foundation, IRCCS specializing in rehabilitation neuromotor of patients suffering from injuries to the nervous system and skeletal muscle apparatus to an absurd situation.
As you know, the hospital S. Lucia last year threatened to close because of missed payments, cuts, and saving policies implemented by the Region of Lazio. With the decision of the Administrative Court of 29 January last, the situation of deep crisis in the S. Lucia has seemingly returned, the TAR suspended contested regional measures and, simultaneously, the Department revoked the dismissal procedure for 241 workers. However, the problem is not resolved and, in addition to the situation of general crisis facing the hospital, there is another problem affecting children's gym.
would point out, for what concerns the outpatient service art. 26 at the gym, there are about 80-100 people, including children and adults, made redundant and at risk of dismissal or reduction of benefits, because the region of Lazio, despite numerous reminders from the Department of S. Lucia has not yet done so to formalize the transition of users from a semi-non-residential. Obviously, in the absence of such a document, the ASL has suspended payments for the extra service rehabilitation hospital already since November 2008. Hence the surplus.
Currently, given the deep human commitment and effort on the part of us parents that we are engaged on all fronts to save the Fondazione S. Lucia and ensure a decent future for our children, the management has decided to reconfirm the rehabilitation projects, subject to the general state of emergency.
After countless futile negotiations with the Region on 25 February this year the Ministry of Health held a meeting between a small delegation of S. Lucia, represented by the Directorate-General, by the "Save the Hospital S. Lucia, we parents of kids in the gym, workers' representatives and the Minister, the Hon. Ferruccio Fazio, with the Commissioner to Acta prof. Guzzanti.
Compared to the problems highlighted, the Minister has made a firm commitment with respect to the immediate request for conversion of seats to be in non-residential or semi-ambulatory, art. 26. To date, however, we had no feedback regarding the issuance of an order to convert these places, as required. Of course, the gym lives in the context of the IRCCS, therefore, to resolve this situation of total uncertainty, efforts should not only converting the seats above but, more importantly, normalizing, from an economic standpoint, the situation of the hospital. And now, on this front, no concrete action has been produced by the institutions.
Therefore, this morning we are here for you to highlight a big problem that affects not only us, but, in general, the community, as evidenced by the 50,000 signatures that we collect. Because the S. Lucia is the heritage of the area.
I would like to testify, as a parent in recent years has come in contact with other public centers, the exceptional structure, professionalism and humanity of all operators. The business model adopted by the S. Lucia, which provides a multidisciplinary approach, through the work of an integrated team of specialists to deliver tangible results over time, such a model should be used as a reference and borrowed other rehabilitation facilities, in order to facilitate the recovery of other children unfortunate and in need of continued support.
Dear President, this situation is paradoxical.
But in Lazio, what alternatives there are currently at St. Lucia? What other facilities on how the gym of S. Lucia, for the multidisciplinary management of over 150 children? What are the other hospitals, like St. Lucia may hospitalize patients comatose after a stroke or brain?
In addition, other centers in the area are unable to take charge of continuity with new patients, so, if he resigns, we parents should start the process again the long waiting lists, without no certainty about the quality, level of service and continuity of the same.
If the institutions do not take seriously to save S. Lucia, we run the risk of parents assist the suspension brutal treatment of our children and loss, lack of continuity of care, small and progressive improvement. This determine the "ditching" years of hard work of small and innocent children, working, never complaining, struggling every day to the conquest of a better life expectancy, as well as undermine the sacrifices made by families who lose the team of professionals, their reference point.
But our latent pain, offset by the immense delight of the small achievements of our children, is also the engine that generates the strength to fight for their future, therefore, are and will always be ready to take to the streets and to work for any other action which would protect their constructive and our right. We will continue to hold high attention to the problem, we want action, not unfulfilled promises. Our little angels can not pay dearly, with their right to health, the errors related to improper administration!
Finally, as if all this were not enough, reports that from next April, the 30 percent tariff will be charged for the rehabilitation of our citizens. I really looks like a joke!
I hope it was clear and I strongly appeal to you so that it can intervene to try to remedy this situation.
Thanking you in advance for taking the time to read my thoughts, I send you my best regards.
Melanie Fazzino

THURSDAY IN THE SQUARE 'March 11, 10.30
After assembly Friday, March 5, convened by the Trade Unions together with the coordinates saved Hospital Saint Lucia, it was decided to further mobilization to protest the inaction of the institutions in respect of the case of Saint Lucia Foundation, which sees two months mobilized employees, members, parents and athletes. During the assembly the unions have decided to ask the candidate for President of the Lazio Region a real commitment of the government commissioner to resolve the situation of the Foundation which has been dragging on for too long. Despite the great demonstrations, the interest of the media and Esteem against the work of the Foundation, to date no concrete step has been produced by the institutions in which it was placed, in vain, great confidence. The Saint Lucia is still in grave danger, and with her the job and the right to excellent care, the common heritage of the country.
