Il 29 novembre 2010, presso la sede di Assolombarda a Milano, si è svolto l'incontro con l'azienda Comdata Care e il Coordinamento nazionale RSU unitariamente alle Organizzazioni Sindacali SLC-CGIL. FISTEL-CISL e UILCOM-UIL, in merito alla nostra richiesta di definizione del perimetro aziendale.

La delegazione Sindacale unitaria si è dichiarata favorevole all'acquisizione di nuove commesse per evitare i rischi occupazionali legati alle società outsourcing monocommesse, ma ha espresso forte perplessità di fronte alla completa mancanza di attività Vodafone sul sito di Milano, richiedendo inoltre che continuino ad essere acquisite nuove commesse come avvenuto anche a Roma sulla Commessa Fastweb.
