Comdata and 'a national group specializing in customer care services are able to fully manage the customer relationship: the processes of Front End (Contact Center and Help Desk), the Back Office (Management processes delivery, post-Billing) credit management and reporting. The integrated offering of solutions, process engineering and operational structures of excellence allows us to support the entire design, automate and manage operational business processes.
In 2010, organizational changes have enabled the Group to strengthen significantly improving outcomes and thus higher stabilita'ed reaching financial equilibrium. During 2010 our Group:
- and is' expanded with the birth of Comdata Eos;
- has acquired new customers, including Fastweb, Enel, Eon and Edison
- has strengthened partnerships with customers historians;
- has increased the number of organic resources through projects stabilization
Comdata has a competitive advantage by designing skills acquired over the years, the offer of solutions and services provided and managed by clients in the areas of: TLC where we have a consolidated leadership, Energy where we are strong Growth, Finance and Insurance, Industry and Media. The ability 'to handle many customers through a nationwide distribution not only reduces operational risk but represents our strength in the market, combined with the great value of the base of operations: operators through competence, professionalism' training and are able to handle customer service care in a flexible way through the technical assistance of 187, the back office Vodafone and commercial assistance to Enel etc.
From January onwards will face a new season to strengthen the work done to date and achieve ambitious goals we set ourselves for the future and continue to build a team that is always more
