UGL Telecomunicazioni e le RSU ad essa aderente hanno partecipato alla trattativa per l’istituzione del premio di risultato con la direzione aziendale di Comdata Care, con la consapevolezza che i Lavoratori dell’unità produttiva di Roma, interpellati in assemblea congiuntamente alla RSU, avevano dato chiaro mandato alla non firma dell’accordo.
La scrivente O.S, in occasione delle elezioni RSU svolte la scorsa primavera, si è presentata come un sindacato il cui scopo è quello di recuperare il rapporto con i Lavoratori, delusi dalle precedenti politiche sindacali e seguendo, a seconda delle circostanze, una politica di protesta o di proposta, ma che in entrambi i casi sarebbe stata portata avanti seguendo il volere della maggioranza dei Lavoratori.
