just ended has been a very busy week for us employees Comdata Care: We come together to consider the proposal for a performance bonus that soon after we were called to vote. By now we all know the outcome of that vote.
The draft agreement was accepted by the majority of staff Comdata Care and therefore the agreement was validated. In Rome we have expressed our concerns on this text and how we left RSU colleagues express the choice of which voting and Rome, the only site in Italy, rejected by an overwhelming majority (voted virtually all the colleagues on duty 16 / 9) that agreement, but, I repeat, it was nevertheless accepted by the majority of other Italian offices. Democracy is really
a value to be defended and therefore, while the remaining concerns with respect to the choice of the majority of my colleagues who evidently did not share the doubts of us Romans. It will then be the time to tell us, in fact, if our concerns were justified or not.
But I would take inspiration from what happened in Rome and during the meetings with both the vote, to make and share with some thoughts regarding the situation in our company.

This sale was later accompanied by a union agreement signed by CGIL, CISL and UIL, which immediately we evaluated as unsatisfactory as it not only, at best, has made a contract of indefinite employment contract in fact a term ( 7 years), but leaves the possibility to Comdata Care even within 7 years of licensing one if, for example, were to declare redundancies or if it should fail.
We all know that the alleged sale was a tool for Vodafone to get rid of about 1,000 workers, or too troublesome or too expensive, and Comdata for the opportunity to be between Vodafone and our work, and earn on it, since use the same systems and respond to the same information (see Strong Authentication) of former colleagues still at Vodafone.

The reaction of the national representatives of SLC-CGIL, CISL and FISTEL was incomprehensible

But they should not be the ones who protect us and ensure that this can never happen? Just do not understand why plaintiffs should get the soul in pace! E poi sappiamo bene che per tutti, romani e non, "buoni" e "cattivi" arriverà il giorno che saremo messi alla porta.
Ma ciò che appare, più di ogni altra cosa, inconcepibile e decisamente allarmante è assistere come per queste organizzazioni l'unico nemico appare essere costituito da quei lavoratori e quelle organizzazioni sindacali che non fanno le loro stesse valutazioni, mentre nulla dicono o fanno circa cosa debba essere fatto per obbligare Vodafone a ripagarci del torto subito!
Ho deciso eccezionalmente di scrivere a tutti i colleghi d'Italia (avrei preferito farlo a nome dell'intera Rsu di Roma, ma le mie colleghe non si sono trovate d'accordo) non per amore di polemica che poco ci può aiutare, ma hoping to provide, especially in locations where there is no contradiction, a different starting point for reflection on what is happening to us, seeing that what happens depends a lot on what we live every day.
