Walnut or Nocillo is a liqueur that I prepare every year in summer, is a excellent digestive.
INGREDIENTS:

walnuts ½ l. alcohol
200g water 250g.
sugar 6 cloves
nutmeg 1 stick of cinnamon.
The nuts should be collected on June 24, the day of St. John (the day most days less)
Cut the nectarines into 4 pieces and put them in alcohol using a jar with airtight along with cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon.
leave for 40 days in the sun if possible, vigorously shaking the jar every day
After 40 days to prepare a syrup by boiling sugar and water, allow to cool.
Filter the alcohol, add the syrup previously obtained mix well and filter the liquor pour it in bottles clean.
Let stand at least a month before tasting .... if you have not eaten prior to Christmas is very fine .... try it!
