A bit of my holiday in Sicily, is a place where I always go back willingly.
We were in Syracuse but we spostasti visiting the city, I met old and dear friends making a welcome surprise.

Cioccolato puro di Modica che utilizzo per farcire torte tra cui la Sacher, pezzi di cioccolaato di Modica, pistacchi di Bronte, panetti di pasta per latte di mandorla 
Paste di Mandorle ai vari gusti....super deliziose quelle al limone, semola per fare il cous cous, Mandorle di Avola pelate e non, ceci tostati e zuccherati, Mosciame di tonno (molto caro ma ottimo) Bottarga con pistacchio di Bronte

This is the photo that reminds me of the sad trip with a lot of traffic on the Salerno-Reggio Calabria,
for quite a while we were completely stopped in traffic because of the heat and I was walking on Highway ..... never again will go to the highway in August to its full realization, if it ever will be, miles and miles to one lane ... is nothing short SHAME .... if I return to Sicily in August will be with the ship.
