Press union - In behalf of the Secretary territorial SLC CGIL Roma Sud and the Committee of Registered SLC CGIL
Come Committee of Registered SLC CGIL in Rome, we express our total solidarity with coworkers and colleagues in Milan, ready to support all efforts to fight what is considered appropriate to undertake.
We are very concerned about what is happening in Milan, as well as the company announced in Rome on the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 3 last, on the 40 stations of the claim, on the second floor, which will be physically transferred to Lecce, because unused by us.
The Company has also justified in Rome this with economic reasons, but our concerns remain strong. E 'inevitable for us, in fact, connect with the news and ask ourselves what happens in Milan, for example, if the activities of the credit, now managed in Milan, will be moved to its Lecce
... For this reason, the best of our ability, we have now informed the Secretariat of National and Regional Slc CGIL. In the coming days we will inform decisions to be taken in these events.
In this context, we can not but make a few clarifications on certain statements that continue to circulate.
Some say that the signing of an agreement with Comdata Network Port Care may adversely affect the legal proceedings that have been undertaken in Rome against Vodafone. It states that even some "legal" would support this theory.
We would like to point out that some workers in the re-read this news, have personally contacted the lawyer who follows the causes of many of the people of Rome who, however, declared that any agreement on the Network Port "may in If no change or influence the outcome of cases. "
We therefore ask all the ladies and gentlemen who have taken legal action against Vodafone * to personally contact the attorney who follows them, to have due and proper information * and does not give credit to the claims of persons not legally prepared .
